Sidi Abdellah is one of four announced real estate projects to be developed in Algeria, with a total investment of USD 30 billion.

The project will spread across 4 million sq.m which will be expanded to 15 million sq.m over time. Sidi Abdellah will include a golf course, residential buildings, hotels, a hospital, a university and sports facilities.

In July 2009, Dubai's closed its office in Algeria due to lack of progress on its projects in North Africa; therefore, the project was cancelled.
