Package 1 includes the construction of a parking facility, roadways and utilities and package 3 includes the construction of the terminal buildings and other buildings on the site

Scope of Work Construction of a 4 km long runway including:

- 2 taxiways
- Parking apron for passenger aircraft
- Facilities for 2 passenger boarding bridges
- An air navigation and meteorology system
- An airfield ground lighting system
- A fuel farm
- An apron fuel hydrant system
