Abdulsalam Al Rafi Group plans to built Burj Al Salam, a new mixed development located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, UAE. The development will have a 353,000 sq.m. built up area and will consist of three 54-storey towers; Tower 1 will be an office tower including commercial units, Tower 2 will consist of a Sheraton Hotel with 476 rooms and Tower 3 will be a residential tower including 510 units. The three towers will be linked with a 12-storey car parking having a 4-basement levels with a capacity for 2,100 cars. Erga Progress Engineering Consultants is the design and supervision consultant, LW Design Group is the interior design consultant and Chawla Architectural and Consulting is the lead and MEP consultant. |
