NakheelNakheel plans to develop Veneto, a mixed development located in Dubai Waterfront, Jebel Ali.
The project will spread over an area of 2.1 million sq. m. and will include 2,613 residential units, office space, retail outlets, and dining facilities.
This project is the third phase of Dubai Waterfront, a community development that comprises four districts: the Boulevard, Madinat Al Soor, the Resort, and the Marina.
Upon completion, it will accommodate 13,938 residents.
