NakheelNakheel is developing Veneto, a residential and commercial development located in Dubai Waterfront, Jebel Ali.
Veneto is a 2 million sq. m. development that includes 2,613 residential units, office space, retail outlets, and dining facilities. Once completed, it will accomodate 13,900 residents.
This project is the third phase of Dubai Waterfront, a 3.3 million sq.m. community development that comprises four districts: the Boulevard, Madinat Al Soor, the Resort, and the Marina.

| Current Status |
The construction and infrastructure works are currently under execution. The first set of villas will be completed in Q2 2009. Infrastructure works are expected to be completed in Q4 2009. The project is expected to be completed in 2012.
In May 2008, the USD 545 million construction contract for 740 villas was awarded to Al Jaber Group and construction started.
In January 2008, the civil works started in Veneto East.
In Q1 2008, Wade Adams was awarded the infrastructure contract. |
