| Background |
Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) plans to develop the Bab field in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The project will include infrastructure development of 53 wells at Thamama G and Habshan 2 reservoirs.
The project is part of a series of field development projects in Abu Dhabi to increase the production capacity from 1.4 million bpd to 1.8 million bpd. The program involves the development of the Bida al-Qemzan, Ruwais, Qusahwira, Bab and northeast Bab fields.
