NakheelNakheel plans to build Palm Jebel Ali, the second largest palm of NakheelNakheel 's Palm Trilogy located close to Sheikh Zayed Road, 50 km of the coast of Jebel Ali district in UAE. The palm shaped island will have 17 fronds and 4 crescents (A,B,D,E) forming the breakwater. The project includes residential and commercial outlets, hotels, 6 Marinas, a sea village and over 1000 water homes and a theme park. The palm is connected to the mainland by 3 bridges (M1, M2 and M3) and to the crescents by also 3 bridges (C1, C3 and C4). Upon completion, the project will have the capacity to accommodate up to 300,000 residents. Hill InternationalHill International is the PMC and Hyder Consulting is the infrastructure consultant. |
