Background Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWADEWALoading...) plans to build Jebel Ali M power and desalination plant in Dubai.

The power plant package is one of two packages of the M co-generation plant.

The M station will be located at DEWADEWALoading...’s existing Jebel Ali complex.

In addition to the construction of the co-generation plant, the overall project includes three 400 kV substations, overhead lines and associated works.

Fichtner Consulting Engineers is the project consultant.
