TanmiyatTanmiyat plans to develop Legend Livings, a mixed use development located in Dubailand, UAE. The project will cover an area of 2.3 million sq.m. and will include office towers, 500 villas, 12 residential towers, a golf course, golf hotel and a mall. The project will be implemented in 7 phases, 3 phases for villas and 4 phases for towers. Phases 1 and 2 of the villas include the construction of 150 villas each, and the phases of the towers include the construction of 3 towers each.
