The project will have an area of 2.5 million sq.m. and will include 6 main components: theme parks (Legends of Arabia; Legends of Nature; Legends of the World), themed hotels (Legends Tower; Arabia; Carribean; Mediaval) , Trade Legends, Leisure Complex, Living Legends and Golfing Legends.
