MubadalaMubadala plans to develop the Rosewood Hotel in Sowwah Island, which is part of the Sowwah Square, located between Reem Island and Mina area, Abu Dhabi.
The project covers an area of 100,000 sq.m. and includes a hotel, a retail area, a parking area, and related facilities.
Handel Architects and Serex International Consultants are the architect consultant, WSPWSP is the MEP consultant, Magnusson Klemencic Associates is the structural engineering consultant and EC Harris is the PMC. |
