| Background |
The Royal Commission for Jubail and YanbuThe Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJYRCJY) plans to build a feedstock and fuel pipelines network in Jubail Industrial City to serve the second stage development of Jubail 2.
The project aims at transferring fuel into new facilities being built at Jubail 2. |
