The 4th edition of the summit continues to put a spotlight on GCC regional best practices in connecting people with performance

Abu Dubai - The region’s leading human resource conference “The GOV HR Summit 2016” under the theme of “Creating a Breakthrough in People Performance” will be officially endorsed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization.

The endorsement of the regions pivotal HR event once again lays emphasis on the Ministries vision of creating a stable labor market and a productive workforce and is in lines with the vision of the regions supreme leaders towards promoting Creativity, Innovation and Building a cohesive knowledge economy.

This year’s edition also introduces the “GOV HR Awards 2016” to be held in conjunction with summit and aims to recognize, promote and reward excellence, professionalism and outstanding achievement of governments, business organizations and individuals who have raised the benchmark of people performance across the region in ten different categories.

Highlighting the Top ten breakthroughs in HR leadership comprised of more than 20 sessions and an engaging international master class that will facilitate in-depth conversations across a range of topics and industries focusing on the development of human capital in the region with our prominent speakers paving the way towards achieving this goal.
