Abu Dhabi, UAE - Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC), one of the leading regional multi-line insurance providers for corporates and individuals, opened a new Sales & Service Centre in Abu Dhabi National Oil Company Company’s (ADNOC) Vehicles Inspection Center ‘Salama’ in the Al Shamkha area.

The opening was held alongside the ‘Salama’ Center opening ceremony and attended by Mr. Ahmad Idris, CEO of ADNIC, Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, Eng. Saeed Mubarak Al Rashdi, Acting CEO of ADNOC Distribution besides a number of senior officials from Abu Dhabi Police.

Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al-Dhaheri, Director-General of Central Operations at the Abu Dhabi Police, welcomed ADNIC’s Sales & Service Centre opening in Al Shamkha and reaffirmed Abu Dhabi police’s role in providing best-in-class services to customers, with a view to promote a culture of service excellence and customers happiness.

Brigadier Al-Dhaheri called motorists at Al Shamkha and nearby areas to take advantage of the insurance services provided by Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company through the new inspection centre located within Motor World Automobiles in Al Shamkha.

Commenting on the office opening, Mr. Ahmad Idris, Chief Executive Officer at ADNIC said: “With the opening of our new Sales and Service Centre in Al Shamkha, ADNIC has started the New Year on an auspicious note. Following a strong financial year in 2016, we are keen to continue our expansion and to pursue new opportunities across business lines. With Al Shamkha emerging as Abu Dhabi’s new motoring business hub, ADNIC will be able to develop and contribute to the motoring market on site with the new service centre.”

Al Shamkha is one of the fastest growing residential areas in Abu Dhabi and is surrounded by Khalifa City A and B as well as Al Falah City, Banyas and Masdar City. With its presence in this growing residential hub, ADNIC employees can better serve the growing Abu Dhabi resident community.

Mr. Idris added: “Customer centricity is one of ADNIC’s key strategic pillars. As such, we are always committed to enhance customer experience and services. With our newly opened sales and service center in Al Shamkha, we are offering our customers an additional point of contact to access our services.

With the new office being inaugurated, ADNIC has 16 branches, offices and sales & service centres in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Western Region, Dubai, and Sharjah. The company has plans for further expansion of its local and international operations in 2017.
