    Individual Investors and small businesses received 9% of the capital (530,000 shares) at MAD 680 (USD 75.5) per share.

    State-owned regional and popular banks received 4% of the capital (236,000 shares) at a discounted rate of MAD 629 (USD 70) per share.

    BCP staff were allocated 3% (177,000) at MAD 529 (USD 58.7) per share, with the condition that they will keep their shares at least three years.
