3- Social Security Corporation: 8,437,335 shares or 10% of the company?s outstanding shares.
B- International Tranche: 37,627,937 shares: to certain institutional investors outside Jordan and the United States in offshore transactions pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
C- Employee Fund Tranche: a placement 6,493,506 Offer Shares for no consideration with Royal Jordanian's employee fund.
