The offering consists of 11,117,647 new Shares and 11,117,647 existing Shares and is divided into two tranches:
-Tranche A: Institutional Investors: 15,564,706 Shares or 70% of the offering.
-Tranche B: Retail Investors: 6,670,588 Shares or 30% of the offering.
The Lead Manager has reduced the number of shares allocated to Institutional Investors to 30% of the Offering as a result of the number of subscribers for the retail tranche exceeding 667,059 subscribers. The equity offered to Retail Investors has been increased to 70% of the Offering.
A minimum of 10 Shares will be distributed to subscribers. The remaining shares will be allocated on a pro-rata basis.
In case the number of subscribers exceeds 667,058 subscribers, shares will be allocated equally among them.
