CICR maintains its BUY recommendation on EC with a target price of EGP 155, representing a 25% upside potential to the market price of 123.36 (as of November 8, 2009). The company is expected to achieve FY10 EGP 870 million, compared to FY09 EGP 830 million for FY09. The stock is currently trading at a PE of 7.1x for FY10.
