The Saudi-based Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) provides conventional and Islamic commercial banking services including deposits, loans, credit cards and asset management services including wealth management. BSF fully acquired Calyon Saudi Fransi Limited and Caam Saudi Fransi, in January 2011 and merged their operations under Fransi Tadawul, later renamed Saudi Fransi CapitalSaudi Fransi Capital . Consolidating the services of the three companies, Saudi Fransi CapitalSaudi Fransi Capital provides investment banking services including corporate finance and investment advisory on mergers and acquisitions, IPO and underwriting, conventional and Islamic asset management including fund, wealth and portfolio management and securities brokerage and trading services. BSF’s total revenues decreased by 7.04% to SAR4.87 billion (USD1.3 billion) and its net profits increased by 13.37% to SAR2.80 billion (USD747 million), in 2010.
