EZW purchased Gazeley, a UK-based logistics and industrial parks developer, in June 2008, to expand its operations into the Russian and Indian markets.
The company is developing 10 projects in 10 countries as of 2009, across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, and the United States. In October 2008, it began developing the Business Centers World, in

, to provide office space and services. Through its US-based subsidiary, Jafza Americas, EZW began developing the US-based Orangeburg Industrial and Logistics Park, in January 2009. The 5.35 million sq. m (57.5 million sq. ft.) park will provide logistics, distribution, assembly and light manufacturing services to the southeastern region of the United States.
