 Business Overview
The Morocco-based Douja Promotion Groupe ADDOHA (ADH) is a real estate investor, developer and manager of residential properties and mixed-use resorts and communities.

ADH has a land bank of 60 million sq. m (646 million sq. ft.) and is developing 21 residential projects and eight mixed-use communities, as of 2010.

The company began developing Ryad Al Andalous, in 2009, a MAD4.23 billion (USD530.8 million) mixed-use project located in Rabat on an area of 540,000 sq. m (5.8 million sq. ft.). When completed in 2011, the project will comprise commercial offices, residential buildings, a mall, a mosque, a movie theater, a school, a hotel and leisure facilities.

The Bouskoura Golf City is a 1.2 million sq. m (13 million sq. ft.) mixed-use project that will include 18 golf courses, as well as villas, residential buildings, three commercial centers, restaurants, an open-air- theater, a club, a spa and a hotel surrounded by lakes and gardens when completed in 2011.
