The Dubai-based Limitless is a state-owned, integrated real estate development and management company that is specialized in building residential and commercial properties.

subsidiary, with offices in Asia and Europe. The company’s international expansion includes the establishment in January 2008, of a Jordan-based subsidiary to oversee its active and planned projects in that country. It also holds shares in companies in Indonesia, China and Hong Kong.
As of October 2008, Limitless had 11 global projects worth AED404 billion (USD110 billion).
The company’s flagship development, Downtown Jebel Ali located in Dubai, is estimated at a total cost of AED47.8 billion (USD13 billion) and covers an area of 6.5 million sq. m (70 million sq. ft.). When completed in 2009, it will be divided into four quarters, each of which will be divided into individual districts consisting of business, residential, shopping, dinning and entertainment facilities.
Projects outside the UAE include: Al Wasl, a AED44.1 billion (USD12 billion) urban community in Saudi Arabia, twin towers of 200 meters in height in Jordan, to be completed in 2011, an urban community in Russia, a 40 million sq. m (431 million sq. ft.) urban community in India, a hotel and residential property in Vietnam, an urban development in Malaysia, and an integrated commercial and knowledge hub including a mixed-used residential development, in Malaysia.
