 Business Overview
Emaar the Economic City (ECC) is a Saudi-based real estate investment, development and management company. EEC was established for the primary purpose of planning and managing the King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) and will be involved in the development of residential, commercial, industrial, retail, hotel and other properties.

The company began building the SAR187.6 billion (USD50 billion) KAEC free economic zone, in 2005 and is expected to complete it in 2026. KAEC is one of the largest private projects being built in Saudi Arabia, based on total cost and its land area of 168 million sq. m (1.8 billion sq. ft.).The mega-development consists of a seaport, a 63 million sq. m (678.1 million sq. ft.) industrial zone, a 350,000 sq. m (3.7 million sq. ft.) residential district of 260,000 apartments and 56,000 villas, a financial island, an educational zone and a waterside resort.

The TadawulTadawulLoading... listed company established its only subsidiary, Cadre the Economic Cities in May, 2008, which is engaged in human resource management.
