Kuwait National Airways (KNA) is a privately-owned company that provides premium scheduled air transportation services for passengers through its division, Wataniya Airways, which began operations in January 2009. The airline owns three aircrafts and flies to seven destinations, as of May 2009.

KNA subsidiary United Projects for Aviation Services CompanyUnited Projects for Aviation Services Company provides investment, development and management of public utility projects, along with airport services including catering services, airplane leasing, cleaning and cargo handling.

Kuwait National Airway began an initial public offering of 70% of its shares, in January 2006, and listed its shares, worth KWD36.05 million (USD 125.57 million), on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, in December 2008.
