The Jabal Omar Development Company (JODC) is a real estate investment, development and management company, established in Saudi Arabia, for the sole purpose of developing the Jabal Omar community development.

Jabal Omar, also known as the Western Gate Road Development, is a 230,000 sq. m (2.5 million sq. ft.) mixed-use development located around the Grand Mosque of Mekkah. When completed in 2011, the SAR12.38 billion (USD3.3 billion) project will feature 38 residential towers, hotels, a retail concourse, a 58,000 sq. m (624,000 sq. ft.) prayer area, public parks, a central transportation station, a conference hall and related facilities.

JODC was established in October 2006 by the Makkah Construction and Development CompanyMakkah Construction and Development Company, with a capital of SAR5 billion (USD1.33 billion); it was listed on Tadawul in December 2007.
