Oman Arab bank launches its new Call Centre Fil Khidma

recently inaugurated its new Call Centre under the name 'Fil Khidma'. Mr. Abdul Qader Askalan, Chief Executive Officer of the bank did the official opening of the new call centre in the presence of the senior management of the bank. After the inauguration ceremony, the CEO was taken on a visit of the call Centre premises and was also provided with an overview of the new technologies that the customers will now be able to enjoy.
