, the region's 'next generation' bank, participated as Lead Arranger in a $185m Syndicated Loan Facility arranged for Gulf Marine Maintenance and Offshore Service Company (GMMOS GroupGMMOS Group
), a leading United Arab Emirates-based company.GMMOS GroupGMMOS Group
is considered a leading operator in the marine and engineering services related to the offshore oil & gas industry sectors, extending their services to blue chip Oil & Gas companies in the GCC region.
The facility will be utilized to support GMMOS GroupGMMOS Group
's growth plans in the offshore supply vessel sector with primary focus on the GCC and South East Asia, and future expansion potential in West and North Africa.
