Fujitsu Technology Solutions Names Rolf Schwirz as New CEO

Dubai, UAE, August 23, 2010 - Fujitsu Technology SolutionsFujitsu Technology Solutions
today announced the appointment of Rolf Schwirz as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Schwirz will report directly to Richard Christou, Corporate Senior Executive Vice President at FujitsuFujitsu Limited. from SAP where he is currently Head of Mature Markets EMEA. Prior to SAP, Schwirz spent 12 years in various roles at Oracle, including those of Vice President Sales Germany, CEO Nordic-Germany, and Senior Vice President Western Continental Europe. Munich-based, Schwirz began his career in 1983 as a systems consultant, holding a number of management positions at Siemens Nixdorf and Siemens AG."I believe Rolf has the breadth of experience in both product and services to bring real added value and leadership to FujitsuFujitsu," says Richard Christou, Corporate Senior Executive Vice President at FujitsuFujitsu Limited.
Schwirz will take up his new position at Fujitsu Technology SolutionsFujitsu Technology Solutions by November 2010 latest.
