HSBC Oman launches full-fledged customer service centre

MUSCAT -- Catering to the needs of its growing customer base, HSBC OmanHSBC Oman
officially inaugurated its first fully fledged Customer Service Center in the Sultanate. The inauguration ceremony held on location in Madinat al Sultan Qaboos, was commemorated by Steve Bottomley, Regional Head Strategy and Planning, HSBC Middle EastHSBC Middle East
, and attended by members of the local and regional management team.Building on the Bank's expanding network of branches conveniently located in Bait al Falaj, Qurum, Seeb, Sohar and Salalah and Customer Service Units in Muscat City Center and Sarooj, the dedicated centre is a one-stop shop for personal banking, providing unprecedented customer service and unconventional banking hours from 9 am to 9 pm, Sunday to Thursday in a hassle-free environment.
In addition to being equipped with ATMs and Instant Cash Deposit Machines, the centre is manned by a team of dedicated professionals to assist with Internet and phone banking, opening of new accounts, applying for loans and credit cards, managing deposits and money transfers.
The centre also comprises of a dedicated service area for Status Account holders as well as a Premier Lounge area designed to provide world class privilege banking.

In celebration of HSBC's new centre, for a limited period, customers opening one of the Bank's signature accounts, Premier or Status, are granted a one night stay at the Grand Hyatt Muscat along with rewards worth RO 160 or RO 120 which include discounts in restaurants and lounges, complimentary birthday and anniversary cakes, and pool passes. In addition, customers will be awarded a free Club Hotel Membership Card, entitling them to benefits in more than 700 hotels worldwide.
