Jassim Transport & StevedoringJassim Transport & StevedoringLoading... Co. W.L.L. (JTCJTCLoading...) took a giant leap by successfully implementing the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 into their business practices.

Furthermore, the company completed a 13-module Oracle implementation, covering areas such as Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Enterprise Asset Maintenance, HRMS and additional custom developed operational modules.

The implementation enables JTCJTCLoading... to offer a solution that provides comprehensive coverage of all divisions and departments to attain international standards of excellence, increasing the company's flexibility and response to market demands. The implementation involved the training of all staff, encouraging personal development and positioning the company to effectively manage its future growth.

HCL Technologies was the implementation partner that assisted JTCJTCLoading... in successfully implementing the E Business Suite Release 12 for JTCJTCLoading... as part of an organization wide business process transformation and automation program. The implementation was delivered over a period of 8 months. HCL's deep understanding of Logistics functions coupled with in-depth knowledge on implementing Oracle ERP solutions were key to the success of the project.
