Doha, Qatar - 10 April 2010 - Better Homes, the leading real estate brokerage operating in the GCC, has been awarded the exclusive rights as the leasing agency for a new shopping complex in Abu Hamour. The 'Zero One Shopping Complex' is expected to be opened by September 2010 and is located behind the Qtel Tower in Abu Hamour.

Zero One Shopping Complex is being developed by the long-established and widely-diversified Mohammed Hamad Al Mana GroupMohammed Hamad Al Mana GroupLoading... of Companies. The complex covers 8,000 square metres over two floors, and provides 400 parking places for customers. A hypermarket and various retail outlets will be located on the ground floor, while the mezzanine will house a five-screen cinema complex, coffee shop and the food court.
