Fiat 500 Launched in Abu Dhabi

Western MotorsWestern MotorsLoading..., member of Al Fahim Group, has unveiled the award-winning funky Fiat 500 for the first time in Abu Dhabi at the official dealership's showroom on Corniche Road in Abu Dhabi.

"Aiming to build on the success of its predecessor from the 1950's, the superb vehicle highlights a level of evolution in car design which will satisfy a diverse group of individuals who are increasingly demanding in terms of drivability, technologically savvy and environmentally aware," praised Mr. Kamal Rafih, General Manager of Western MotorsWestern MotorsLoading....

Voted by the readers of What Car? As the Best Super Mini, the Fiat 500 respects the original concept in shape and function, but features amazingly advanced options to meet the tastes of its potential customers without distinction. Mr. Kamal continues, "We've had remarkable feedback from customers who have purchased the car. One of our customers claimed his family's been fighting over the keys of the car, although they have numerous other cars parked in their garages from sporty to luxurious!" The car comes in four versions: Sport, Lounge, and Pop and all equipped with a 4-cylinder engine, 1.4-liter producing 100 hp. The Fiat 500 cabriolet will be arriving soon in Abu Dhabi.

Frankie's and the Fiat 500

A fun-filled engaging competition has already been launched this week in collaboration with Frankie's in Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi and Western MotorsWestern MotorsLoading...' Fiat 500. Promoting the launch of Frankie's and the super mini, a convoy of three Fiat 500s roamed Abu Dhabi decorated with Frankie's logo. Participants who spotted any of the funky Fiats around the city were included in a draw for a chance to win a weekend test drive in the Fiat 500 or a dinner for two at Frankie's in Abu Dhabi located in the newly opened five-star hotel, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr between the two bridges.

Regional Manager for The Fairmont Group of Hotels, Mr. Kent Cooper, has expressed his delight with the success of the promotion saying, "Fairmont Bab Al Bahr is delighted to have partnered with Western MotorsWestern MotorsLoading... to promote Frankie's, the newest dining destination in the Capital, with the launch of the new Fiat 500 - two exciting and vibrant Italian brands."

Additionally, the retro-chic car comes in 12 colours, 15 types of upholstery and 9 types of wheel rims among other features. Inside the car, the touch-screen infotainment system allows the driver to manage phone calls, satellite navigation and all the driving information required by downloading it directly from the on-board computer systems.

"Besides being a blast to drive, the flagship Super Mini from Fiat is also eco-friendly with the engine's stop-start technology that will further improve fuel economy and lower CO2 emissions," he added.
