New Upgrades for Qtel Mobile Broadband Plans

Customers can download More than Ever Before and Get a Free Modem

's customers get an even better deal with Qtel Mobile Broadband plans from today, with more downloads available for the same prices. With the enhanced data plans, customers will be able to download more movies, music, games or just surf the Internet over Qatar's best high-speed mobile broadband network.
As an added bonus, new customers selecting the Unlimited Broadband Plan will get a free USB modem when subscribing for 12 months, so they can access the Internet from anywhere in Qatar.
QtelQtel's Lite 1GB plan has been upgraded to the Lite 2GB plan, while the Plus 3GB Plan has been supercharged to Plus 5GB, at no extra cost for existing customers.

's Mobile Broadband service provides customers with Internet connectivity from any 3G-enabled device. Customers can expect to receive speeds ranging from 1Mega bits per second (Mbps) to 3Mbps. depending on their proximity to a Qtel 3G tower, and the number of other customers connected to the same tower.New customers can subscribe to the Lite 2GB Plan for a set-up fee of QR100, and then pay just QR100 for 2GB worth of downloads each month. The Plus 5GB Plan has a set-up fee of QR100 and a monthly cost of QR200. The Unlimited Plan has a set-up fee of QR100 and a monthly cost of QR400. These pioneering prices are designed to extend QtelQtel's leadership in supporting "Broadband, anywhere" across Qatar.
