Dubai Silicon Oasis Leverages Information using IBM's Content Management Solution |

Dubai, UAE December 27 2009: IBM (NYSE: IBM) and Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), today announced a new initiative for transforming DSOA's processes using IBM-Filenet Enterprise Content Management Solutions to better manage and share information while capturing new efficiencies. The solution will offer an automated business environment and help deliver smarter business outcomes at Dubai Silicon OasisDubai Silicon Oasis
(DSODSO), the region's premier integrated innovations hub for high-tech industries. Implemented in phases; the first phase involved the implementation of IBM - Filenet Capture and Content Manager for the back log conversion of hardcopies. This has facilitated DSOA move from a paper based environment towards a paperless one. Starting January 2010, DSOA will start the second phase of implementation to fully integrate IBM's content management solutions with Oracle's ERP solution.
