Enjaz Returns to Egypt with The Sun City Win |
|

HNS Group, a leading international contractor and developer, has awarded its Cairo Sun City Project to enjaz, with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
HNS Group is currently based in Egypt and the UK with additional operations in numerous other countries including Turkey and Canada.
Opening in 2010, Sun City is being billed as Cairo's premium tourist and lifestyle destination.
"We created Sun City because we saw the need for a state-of-the art leisure and entertainment complex with multiple activities for the Egyptian public as well as visitors to Egypt," says Hussein Nuaman Soufraki, Founder & Chairman, HNS Group.
"We did not see any large modern projects of this kind, which encompass a large variety of uses in one setting, and felt that Egypt was in need of such activities with all the recent developments the country has seen over the past few years," Soufraki adds.
To handle the Egypt account, The Group has chosen enjaz for its distinguished creativity and immense experience in turn key projects that are Mixed Use/Shopping Centre types. Such projects have included Dubai Festival City, which enjaz handled from the start till hand over.
"It's a wonderful achievement indeed and great to be back in Egypt with the HNS Group," comments Charbel Bousraih, CEO/ executive creative director, enjaz.
"We thank the Group for this opportunity to do great work and look forward to bringing out the very best of Sun City's great offerings."
The news also follows enjaz's earlier award-winning launch of Virgin Mega store in Cairo and successful branding of Tamarai Cairo's restaurant and bar.
Three Dubai-based regional and international agencies were involved in the pitch of Sun City. Further to creative, enjaz will also be handling public relations and media planning and booking for Sun City.
Sun City's second phase -- consisting of a modern office and hotel park --is in the final design stages and scheduled to come online in 2012. Further to Sun City, HNS also has multiple high-end residential real estate projects located throughout Cairo. Beyond Egypt, Group brands also include La Presidence, Finsbury Tower and Grand Plaza Hotel.
HNS Group is of Libyan origin founded by Mr. Hussein Nuaman Soufraki. Spanning a 45-year history, the Group currently operates numerous consolidated brands in various sectors, including financial services, contracting, hospitality, real estate development and property management.
