Renault unveils new vehicle buy-back solution |
|
MUSCAT -- Renault has announced a new vehicle buy-back solution that will build buyer confidence by offering a guaranteed return at resale. Renault is guaranteeing 50 per cent buyback on the initial cost of the car after three years. The same is being endorsed by Suhail Bahwan AutomobilesSuhail Bahwan Automobiles
(SBASBA
), the sole distributors all Renault models into Oman, and the offer can be availed when purchasing new Safrane, Logan or Koleos models, at any of the Renault showrooms all over Oman.According to a senior spokesperson at Renault GCC, the new campaign has been devised to reassure potential car buyers of the quality and positive market value of Renault cars. "This new initiative reaffirms our confidence in the vehicles we manufacture and bring to the region. All our cars are tested locally, use technology from the Renault-Nissan Alliance and offer the highest safety standards". "Renault as a brand is still growing in the region and we therefore felt the need to introduce a campaign to build buyer confidence and at the same time reassure customers of the quality and value of our cars," added the Renault GCC spokesperson.
"The opportunity ensures Renault car buyers will be able to relax and enjoy their new car, confident in the knowledge that Renault's resale guarantee will keep their investment safe," a company press release said. The sleek front with expressive headlamps, the flowing lines on the hood, stylish sidelines and arch-shaped window lines have been adopted to emphasise the vehicle's elegance. Inside the cabin, the refinements continue with wood-graining inserts. In-car ambience is further complemented by the steering wheel fingertip-controlled audio entertainment system that features 6-way speakers including an 8-inch sub-woofer which provides a concert hall experience.
When on the move, full appreciation of the Safrane's hi-fi set up is enhanced with minimal noise levels. Road and engine sounds have been reduced to a minimum through effective acoustic dampening and the adoption of a semi-permanent silent timing chain which not only reduces vehicle noise but also improves durability. Air-conditioning has been made a priority with ventilation ducts positioned to promote optimum temperature maintenance both at the front and rear cabins. The automatic climate control also has independent settings both at driver and passenger sides. All this makes the air-conditioning of the Renault Safrane one of the best in the Middle-East market -- this being confirmed by recent clinic tests.
The concept of stress-free motoring and ergonomic simplicity can also be seen in the Power Seat, which easily adjusts to each driver's preferred seating position. Other practical features include rain-sensing wipers which automatically get activated in the event of a rare regional downpour; and headlamps which turn on automatically when dark conditions are encountered such as when driving through tunnels. A vehicle designed for getting away from it all, Renault Koleos combines an efficient all-wheel drive chassis, the dynamic lines of a saloon car and the cabin space of an MPV.
"The Koleos' high approach and departure angles, high ground clearance allow it to tackle challenging surfaces easily. The driving comfort is accentuated with a high-up driving position that offers an exceptional view of the road. The Koleos sunroof is panoramic and gives the entire passenger cabin the feel of brightly lit spaciousness," remarked official spokesperson at Suhail Bahwan AutomobilesSuhail Bahwan Automobiles

). The Renault Logan remains unmatched in saloons of the entry-level. With the overall length and width increased, taller passengers are easily accommodated with the combination of comfortable back seats and generous rear headroom.Standard fitment includes a Blaupunkt CD-Player with four speakers. Last but not least, the boot volume of 510-litres is also unequalled in its category. "A key factor of the Renault Logan is that no other car on the market offers the same equipment and space at the same price," stated the official. "It is truly big on space and low on cost, which is value for money", he said.
