Thursday's trading value amounted to JD27 million spread over 16.6 million shares traded through 10,547 transactions.
The share price index closed at 2,742 points, a decline of 0.07 per cent.
Out of 169 companies whose shares were traded, prices of 67 firms rose, and those of 77 entities declined.
The top five gainers were Int'l Arabian Development and Investment Trading by 5 per cent, Damac Real Estate Development Jordan by 4.95 per cent, Al Dawliyah for Hotels & Malls by 4.92 per cent, Jordan Trade Fac by 4.83 per cent, and Irbid District Electricity by 4.79 per cent.
