" revealed the establishment of a real estate factory for the development of high-standard real estate projects in Lebanon and the region. The factory brings together international companies operating within a consortium of alliances and partnerships to transform Real Estate concepts into physical projects. , a Beirut-based company, announced that its real estate factory will work within the framework of the "Ten Essentials of Real Estate", a theory viewed as the foundation of real estate development for any project, as explained by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Engineer Dr. Mohammed Saleh, in his book, The ABC of Real Estate.
Saleh said: "Establishing a real estate factory will leave its imprint on the real estate industry, both at home and abroad, through global alliances arranged by "Noor InternationalNoor International
" in the fields of engineering, construction, marketing, management, and economic and environmental studies. These alliances constitute a gigantic entity to in the distinguished projects worldwide".
Saleh added that Noor InternationalNoor International
will be the main developer of the real estate projects. The company has started preparing of ready, distinguished and carefully-planned designs for submittal to investors. He indicated that the projects were ready for immediate on the ground execution in Arab and foreign countries.
Saleh views that establishing a real estate factory will strengthen the stature of Noor InternationalNoor International
as a pioneering global real estate development company, and increase its capacity to attract more investors from around the world. He hinted that the company will introduce CPP, a new real estate marketing concept, bound to achieve a breakthrough despite the global financial crisis.

The fifth Essential is financing, undertaken by Feasibility, by carrying out an economic feasibility, a "marketing, technical, financing and financial" study. Feasibility is tackling the said aspects to avoid losses or market rejection of the project. Feasibility always keeps scenarios to exit crises situations.
The sixth Essential is execution, as managed by Ihlas Constructions, a Turkish company established in 1970, with considerable experience in the management of all types of contracting works.
