Dubai Derma 2010 to Host Live Cosmetic and Laser Surgeries within the Scientific Program

Dubai World dermatology and laser Conference and exhibition - Dubai Derma 2010 concludes its sessions after three days of condensed and specialized workshops and lectures that featured main skin diseases suffered by millions of patients worldwide, and the top methods currently used for treatment, while doctors recognized the latest and motivated and modern equipment used for permanent hair removal and wrinkles, as well as getting to know the latest cosmetic and pharmaceutical products displayed by well known companies during the exhibition.

More than 5000 participants, trade visitors and Doctors had visited the Dubai Derma Conference and Exhibition for the past three days. The third day topics revolved around Vitiligo Autoimmunity, Diagnosis and therapeutics, fat and skin tightening and general dermatology. Dr. Ibrahim Galadari, Chairman of Dubai Derma conference said that the conference managed this year to reveal some of the complications that were not previously known, in addition to the new treatments and also workshops displayed latest trends for Botox, Fillers and Laser.
Dr. Galadari also revealed some of the Dubai Derma future plans, while the 2010 scientific program will feature plastics surgeries and anti aging sessions additional to the same topics of this year. Moreover, a specialized group of consultants will supervise these sessions according four different subject areas; Persistent skin diseases, cosmetic dermatology, cosmetic surgery and anti-aging.
The Dubai Derma Scientific Committee Declared the following recommendations;
World and regional dermatologists shall strengthen their relationship and maintain effective communication to exchange scientific researches especially on Psoriasis and Vitilligo, as these diseases are more common and mostly research conducted.
The use of technical devices for cosmetic treatments must be used by professionals and licensed doctors only. Studies show complications on patients who receive treatments by non doctors. These techniques are Laser Treatments, and other optical treatments. The skin is part of the human body and people must consider their skin and treat it wisely.
The scientific Committee encourages and recommends the continuous education especially in dermatology and cosmetics, where as this field evolve and develop quickly.
There must be a link between the international academic centers and the Dermatologists of the region.
Index Conferences and Exhibitions Organization Est. - member of index holding announced that Dubai will host Dubai Derma next year from the 13th - 15th of April 2009. Mr. Abdul Salam Al Madani, Executive Chairman of Dubai Derma Conference and Exhibition said "Dubai Derma this year celebrates another year of extraordinary success, as it was enriched by world's top specialists and doctors who came to Dubai to participate in Dubai derma in particular.
