Same Agony by Ramy & Ramez - 06-Oct-09
I have exactly the same experience as the other posts here. I don't want to repeat what has been already posted as it all applies to my experience with Al Masah. Total disappointment, frustration and a huge loss of the money invested. And it is not me alone but also shared by another two investors that bought units from Al Masah.

i purchased a property in Jouri 1 in jan 2008. so far i have paid more than 40%. i live in canada and i am very disappointed with Almasah service. I was told in the beginng that i will get the possession in the end of 2009. but so far they haven,t started the construction. property prices has fallen in dubai and construction cost is 40% less than compare to 2008. Almasah don,t want to review the prices or reschdule the payments plan as they told me i must follow the previous payment terms. i am really disappointed the way they conduct their business. i am ready to take the loss and cancell the deal. they even don,t reply of my emails. if there is anyone else want to share his experience or views?

Surprised..... by Mohamed nizar - 22-Feb-09
There is not tangible work at site. Developer has not been willing to meet the Investors. No Investors have been offered revised payment terms. Investors still get reminders for making payments after having already paid 30% - 40%. Inspite of written letters and personal visits - no proper responses are given to Investors. Please check the facts, before such advertisements are published.
