Company to deliver 890 air-conditioning units within developer's projects Memon InvestmentsMemon Investments
, a leading Dubai-based property developer and part of the international business conglomerate, the MemonMemon Group of Companies, announced that it has appointed Umm Al Quwain-based HI-TECH Electro Mechanical Contracting Est. to install YORK air-conditioners within four of its towers - 'Champions Tower I, II and IV' and 'Cambridge Business Centre', which are collectively valued at 715 million. The developer revealed that it has awarded an AED 13.6 million contract for 890 air-conditioning units, which will be exclusively supplied by Gulf Sail Gen. Trdg Group, the authorised distributor of YORK products in the UAE. This is in line with Memon InvestmentsMemon Investments' aims to provide state-of-the-art residential spaces for global and regional investors and end-users. Under the terms of the contract, HI-TECH E.M.C will supply and install its 'Affinity Series Air Conditioners' - an internationally reputed range of air-conditioning solutions, which are engineered to meet the exceptionally high standards for long-life, quiet operation, cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency. Featuring an industry-leading two-stage scroll compressor design, the 'Affinity' models can operate at a partial capacity when the ambient conditions are mild, and can automatically shift into full capacity when required. Memon InvestmentsMemon Investments has also identified with the product's energy-saving features in line with the developer's commitment to green building codes, which it will be implementing within the 5 new projects it has planned within Jumeirah Village South (JVS).

Driven by its commitment to deliver quality products to landmark projects, the company has grown significantly and now comprises of expert teams that employ highly trained B. Tech and mechanical engineers, Diploma holders foremen and supervisors, as well as qualified erection teams, expert ducting teams and a maintenance team that operates its own work shop and provides warranty services.

The contract with HI-TECH is part of Memon InvestmentsMemon Investments' strategy to construct and deliver its projects, which are located in Dubai Sports City, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Jumeirah Village South. With construction progressing on its projects, the developer has recently awarded MEP and Elevator contracts for several of its developments. At present, Memon InvestmentsMemon Investments has a portfolio valued at close to AED 1.34 billion and has identified major master developments in Dubai, including Jumeirah Village South, Dubai Sports City and MIZIN as locations for its new projects, which will include luxury residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
