Gilaine's wealthy career with Hilton started after her graduation in 1982. She is very experienced in all aspects of hotel management with particular emphasis on operation and revenue generation. She has impressive 26 years experience both in Egypt and abroad, with stints in the United Arab Emirates and Kenya.
