STC offers new free service for customers; VIVA to launch Qitaf Program

KUWAIT CITY: "VIVAVIVALoading... is now completely ready t o launch Qitaf Program for collecting points that can be exchanged for varied free services, and this is to be the first loyalty program of its kind in the telecom industry in Kuwait," VIVAVIVALoading... CEO, Najeeb Al-Awadhi revealed, pointing that STCSTCLoading... offers this program free of charge to over 20 million customers and users through landline and mobile services. The new Qitaf program, as Al-Awdhi stated, is a free point based loyalty program through which every customer will be subscribed by default, and where points are collected based on subscription to VIVAVIVALoading... services upon SIM activation when clients get 30 points immediately, 7 points for timely payment bills and 1 point for each 1 KD balance.

Al-Awadhi also explained that all VIVAVIVALoading... clients have the freedom to exchange their accumulated at-least-100 points for free services such as bill discounts, international and local SMS's, and MMS's depending on the number of points and the line category, pointing that points exchange is valid for one year from accumulated date. "As we have been always trying to make things easier for our clients, VIVAVIVALoading... has adopted three ways to subscribe for Qitaf Program through visiting VIVAVIVALoading... official website www.viva.com.kw, visiting one of VIVAVIVALoading... customer service offices, or contacting VIVAVIVALoading... call center at 102; the same ways are to be followed for checking the account balance too starting from next January", he added.
