New model provides a sportier and more efficient driving experience
Muscat- The BMW 3 Series, the world's best selling premium car since it was launched 33 years ago, enters a new era in driving dynamics, premium quality and innovative technology with the launch redesigned 3 Series model.
The new model, which arrives in the Middle East this month, is set to extend its lead of the premium automotive segment even further with revised exterior and interior design modifications, a revised range of engines and innovations in the areas of drive technology, safety and comfort that set unsurpassed standards for driving dynamics in its segment.

The new striking design accentuations give the exterior a sportier and more athletic look, from the striking v-shaped character lines on the bonnet which draws attention to the kidney grille. The hallmark dual headlights feature gleaming chrome surrounds and the rear of the vehicle is now wider, with new bumpers and L-shaped LED light technology giving the vehicle a more powerful appearance.
The modern, high-quality interior has been ergonomically designed to ensure optimum comfort with specific modifications in the selection of materials and additional chrome details to give a modern, high tech feel. Sporty elegance is highlighted by technology-oriented styling, including further refinements to the advanced iDrive Controller, air conditioning and audio controls. The new BMW 3 Series offers a variety of engines which is unique within its vehicle segment, including five petrol engine variants that include a wide range of four and six cylinder engines.
The new technology features that will further increase the BMW 3 Series model's comfortable lead over the competition, include the next generation BMW iDrive operating system for the activation and control of entertainment, information, navigation and telecommunications functions, and is unsurpassed by any other manufacturer in terms of display quality and intuitive operation.
