Lighthouse secure TAQA contract |

Aberdeen based design agency Lighthouse has secured a major global contract worth £250,000 with the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA)Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA)
. The contract was initially signed with TAQA Bratani Limited, the UK operations of TAQATAQA
. The head office in Abu Dhabi were so impressed with the standard of conceptual design provided by Lighthouse they offered a global contract. Lighthouse have worked on a series of branding and strategy documents for TAQATAQA
offices in the UK, Canada and The Netherlands as well as for head office in Abu Dhabi.
John Duncan, managing director of Lighthouse, said: "Having tendered for the business in a competitive environment, we were delighted to win the initial contract with TAQA Bratani and to have it extended across the Group. We are providing services across the entire spectrum - photography, design, digital and film.
"It is an exciting opportunity to travel with the world's first Arabian global energy company as they grow their business. We have been developing the brand in the UK and are also producing the Group corporate video, filming in TAQATAQA
locations around the world."
TAQATAQA
is a rapidly growing global energy company with a workforce of 2,800 from 41 nationalities in nine countries, from India to Canada and Abu Dhabi to the United Kingdom.
TAQA Bratani Limited was formed in 2007 with the purchase of the Brae offshore platform and is to be further extended by the end of 2008 when a deal with Shell and Esso is completed for the sale of seven North Sea fields, making TAQA Bratani one of the most important offshore oil and gas operators in the UK sector.
