PJSC has signed a milestone Strategic Framework Agreement (SFA) with Swiss-Attixs International Hotels Group (SAIH) of Geneva, Switzerland today for the development of Dubai President Club and Spa Suites. The agreement was signed by Khalid Kalban, MD & CEO of Dubai InvestmentsDubai Investments
and Robert Galli, Executive Director of SAIH. The thrust of the Agreement is to provide leisure-hospitality related services, including management and operation, to DIDI
or to its associated companies' hospitality ventures, either on a packaged or discreet basis as the projects' merit. Initially, such services shall be made available by SAIH to the proposed luxurious DIDI
's ''Dubai President Club & Spa Suites''. The Club aims to build eighty high-end suites ranging from 482-square-meter Royal Suites to Type A and B Suites of 237 and 167 square meters. The Club will also have sports, fitness club and spa suites with fine landscape and extreme privacy, safety and updated technology.
SAIH, through its other Group companies viz. Tradco Global Engineering & Construction S.A. (TGEC) for property development, TGEC Bright Interiors & Designs Group S.A. (TGEC Bright) for manufacturing and fit-out of FF&E and architectural interior design, and Swiss-Attixs Events S.A. (SAE) for event launching and brand management, may get engaged with DIDI
or with its subsidiaries, in establishing, furnishing, managing, maintaining and operating real estate and hospitality projects, their brand and brand management, which amongst others may include luxury hotels, resorts, villas, investor-oriented residencies, serviced apartments, etc. These services shall be made available to DIDI
as per DIDI
's project needs and requirements.
