Dubai-based business conglomerate Al Safeer GroupAl Safeer Group
is set to open a shopping mall in Ras Al Khaimah, its fourth in the UAE, next month.Ras Al Khaimah Safeer Shopping Mall in Kahran Area of Ras Al Khaimah will have 100 retail outlets.
"We are very delighted to announce that families, friends and neighbours from Ras Al Khaimah will very soon be able to shop in the heart of their community in an amazing new mall," said Mahesh Kalwani, Executive Director of Al Safeer GroupAl Safeer Group
.The mall opening date coincides with an extended retail season in the country marked by the UAE National Day, Eid Al Adha, Christmas and New Year.
Built at a cost of Dh200 million, the two-level complex which extends over 43,581.57 square metres, has about 100 stores offering brands with a reputation for quality at highly affordable prices, the statement said.
Kalwani said that Safeer is positioned as a neighbourhood mall with a retail mix designed to complement rather than compete with current offerings in the area, thus bringing added convenience to the Ras Al Khaimah neighbourhood.
"Safeer Mall has been designed to provide not just shopping but a great atmosphere heightened by spacious interiors, large windows, large walkators for easy trolley access, roomy elevators and a relaxing ambience with the right combination of landscaping and design," said Kalwani.
