Schon launches brokerage firm
- Text size
Schon PropertiesSchon Properties
has launched NOHCS, a brokerage advisory company that aims to raise the bar for property advisory services in the UAE."The new firm will offer a reliable, transparent, responsible, and integrated consulting service that is driven by the needs of the consumers rather than the business objectives of the developer or brokerage firm," said a statement.
"NOHCS strongly believes that the demand and supply situation in the property market will undergo a correction and will soon stabilise," said Walaa Al Tayeb, Managing Director, NOHCS.
"In such a scenario, those on the look out for properties whether for end use or investments will need better advisory services that will deliver sound, insightful and transparent recommendations that will provide potential end users or investors the most suitable property for their needs and optimum returns on investments."
In a market where real estate consultancy is freely available but ineffective, the opportunity for property brokers offering advisory and value added services is enormous, he added.
NOHCS Property Advisors consists of three separate divisions. These are Client Affairs offering end-to-end customer solutions that take away the hassle for both first time and experienced buyers or sellers - from legal and financial advisory to custom-tailor packages that assist clients based on their needs. Review Trips caters to international buyers and take care of hospitality arrangements on top of the expert brokerage services. Investments looks after institutional clients and their unique requirements.
"The unique business model gives NOHCS Property Advisors a competitive advantage. The services are fully integrated, but can function individually," said Danial H Schön, Vice-President, Schön Properties.

Nothing wrong with the name, but doing things backward - seems to be part of the operational DNA.
Take a look at - for 56 pages of grief - and counting.
