Jacky's Group of Companies unveils Izumi Solutions

New dedicated company aims to expand the Group's reach in the UAE's corporate sector
Jacky's Group of Companies has launched a new company - Izumi Solutions - to respond to the growing needs of the corporate segment in the UAE.
Aiming to become the premier total solutions provider for corporate accounts in the country, Izumi Solutions will specialise in the implementation of office automation products and solutions as well as the distribution of HP large format and industrial printers. The new company's primary focus is to provide products and services related to the graphic arts, banking and financial sectors including multi-function products (MFP) solutions and other office automation solutions throughout the UAE.
Izumi Solutions, spearheaded by Walid Amin as the General Manager, will have a dedicated management team and will operate on the principles of account management wherein solutions for certain vertical segments will be marketed under one common sales and service head.
"Jacky's is well-known throughout the region as a multi-brand electronic retailer and is involved in a myriad of different businesses. With the establishment of Izumi Solutions, we are able to consolidate our corporate accounts under one roof which will able to look after their complete office automation requirements," said Ashish Panjabi, Chief Operating Officer, Jacky's Group of Companies.
"Furthermore, there will be dedicated service technicians and engineers within Izumi who will be responsible for high levels of pre and post sales support for all of our high-end products being marketed. A sales and service team across various countries will be rolled out to better serve our customer needs," he added.
Izumi, which means fountain or spring in Japanese, will bring high level solutions to fit its customer requirements. The focus of Izumi Solutions' operations will be across the GCC and the Middle East region and will also be active in Lebanon and Yemen.
Amin commented: "One of the goals for the next three years of Izumi Solutions is to establish ourselves as a true-solutions provider. Instead of just moving boxes, we want to deliver true and value solutions which can only be done if you are willing to go the extra mile. Areas like customer training and regular refreshers are going to be part of our offerings in office automation, banking and graphic arts products, which we will be marketing.
