announced today the formal launch of its privately operated health insurance company. In response to the increased attention by governments' in the region to provide private health coverage, Green CrescentGreen Crescent
has positioned itself to satisfy this growing need. Speaking at the launch, Carl J. Sardegna, CEO, said "Our goal is to be the leading quality provider of health insurance in the region. To that end we will provide employers with the ability to customize plans to meet their needs. Members will be able to access quality networks of providers locally and on a global basis. We will provide personalized service and introduce into the region the concept of disease management. members access to HTH's contracted doctors and hospitals in 180 countries. HTH will also provide its suite of proprietary online tools to search for doctors, hospitals and pharmacies, as well as to translate brand names of medicines and key medical terms and phrases.An agreement with NAS, a leading third party administrator in the region for over 10 years provides Green CrescentGreen Crescent
access to the company's leading processes and extensive network of healthcare providers in the region. NAS also brings in its expertise and know-how in healthcare claims and medical authorization which are pivotal in making the decision to choose a health insurance provider.
